Food delivery is a growing part of our routines. It’s easy, convenient, and there are more and more restaurants available. And the current global pandemic has contributed to further accelerate this trend. However, not everything is perfect. Most restaurants and food businesses wanting to capture the delivery opportunity often have to choose between the steep costs of selling through delivery marketplace apps, and the complexity of setting up and running their own delivery operations.
Kitch is here to fix this. We are a technology company that builds the platform for restaurants of all sizes to own and to make the most of their online deliveries, regardless of the channels they use, while providing the highest standard of experiences to their customers. This means that we want restaurants to take back control of their deliveries: maximizing their delivery sales, gaining back the relationship with their customers, letting go of the complexity of doing delivery over multiple channels, and reducing their costs.
There is much to do, many things to build, and we are literally just getting started. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a startup in a fast-growth space in a seed stage. We are a Lisbon-based startup and our team is composed of former executives at major tech, food-delivery, and food & beverage companies and brands internationally, with extensive startup and strategy consulting experience. You are passionate about building something from scratch.
You are experienced in marketing or in media. You excel at project management. You have an analytical mind, and you consider yourself a problem solver. You are structured, organized, and know-how to build influence across multiple stakeholders. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, User Experience, or User Interface. You like to test and believe in relentless experimentation to find the optimal way forward. You get things done, knowing that nothing is ever done and can always be improved.
You love food, and you are excited about embracing the challenge of how food is consumed and distributed in the modern age, enabling restaurants and customers to benefit from technology and innovation. Bringing a new concept to an industry that is largely established is something you look forward to doing.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the gatekeeper of restaurant success. Kitch is creating the operating system for restaurants to take ownership of their digital orders, giving their brands the center stage again, and enabling them to conquer back the relationships with their customers. To do so, we need to provide restaurants with the right tools and technology, and we need to give them guidance to achieve positive results fast.
You will be working closely with restaurants, and with the Account Management teams, to understand what are the main drivers for their success in the digital world. You will be spending time with the Sales teams to understand what restaurants are asking for. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with Product and Engineering to shape the right product for restaurants. And you will be creating and coordinating the production of content to help restaurants make the most of Kitch, and find success.
Your business and marketing sense, combined with your analytical skills, enables you to find the growth drivers for restaurants. Pouring over data, collecting feedback, and combing through the latest trends, you will persistently explore and uncover business needs, and arm yourself with the right information to influence and shape our Product Roadmap.
You'll be driving the awareness, and the successful adoption and adoption of our products, tools, and features.
You’ll orchestrate marketing execution across customer campaigns and help our sales and account management teams better pitch the benefit of Kitch and help drive marketing tactics to increase awareness and adoption.
